Friends, we are so happy to be here and be OPEN! It's been a long road and a lot of you have been riding with us, so it's a huge relief to finally be up and running. There are a lot of areas where we've got the experience and knowledge, but we are absolutely learning as we go on some other things.
What we DO know, is that we want to be a home for the yarn crafting community. We want to provide a welcoming, safe, inclusive home for crafters and yarn folks. We want you to come in for yarn therapy and comfort. That's our most important goal.
So we ask for you to come on the journey with us, as a community. We aren't always going to be perfect, especially at first, but we'll work really hard to earn your trust and our place in the community. We'll fix what we screw up as long as you let us know!
