Frequently asked questions .
Some of our yarns are machine wash, but some are hand wash. You can use filters on this page to view machine wash only. We also have a collection of machine wash yarns that you can view by clicking here.
We do not accept returns on yarn. It’s very important, particularly with fibers, that our customers know that they are purchasing yarn in new, clean condition with no chance of infestations or smells picked up from anybody’s possession of that item.
As a small, woman-owned business, we take pride in our commitment to quality products, inclusive practices, and fostering a wonderful community of yarncrafters.
