Linen tape is a magical yarn, and this hand-dyed, lightly variegated version is simply fabulous. An owner favorite, this yarn is smooth and soft to the touch, with a cool hand and none of the stiffness of wet spun linen that you may have used before. Sturdy, but with great drape and a touch of natural sheen, this is a yarn that is perfectly suited to Chattanooga's temperate climate. It's breathable and light for summer tanks but has enough weight to make a perfect 3 season pullover or cardigan. It wears beautifully without pilling and just gets softer over time.

New from customer-favorite Urth Yarns, this gorgeous yarn is a pleasure to work with. It’s a delight to watch the soft gradient colorways develop, and to see the intertwined colors work together. Perfect for adding interest to a stranded knit, it’s also a perfect sweater yarn alone, with a soft hand and such incredible colorways. In a flexible dk-ish gauge (I know it’s called light worsted. We're so excited to offer Entropy DK from Feederbrook Farm. This American grown, milled, and dyed yarn has a remarkable hand-spun look but has the consistency and quality of mill-spun yarn. Each skein will be a bit different due to the complex spinning and dying process.

Feederbrook Farm is located in northern Baltimore County, Maryland, and has been family-owned and operated since 1970. They focus on producing high-quality, hand-dyed yarns and fibers from their sheep and from fibers produced by other farmers. They keep a number of breeds of sheep in the flock but are focusing on Teeswater, Blue-faced Leicester (BFL), and BFL Teeswater cross (BLTees). Feederbrook is known for the 2 ply DK yarn line called “ENTROPY”. ENTROPY is designed to mimic the look of handspun yarn. Dyed prior to spinning, this 2 ply Barber Pole has subtle color shifts that make it a unique gradient perfect for any knit, crochet or even woven project. Typically made in Bluefaced Leicester (BFL) wool, this long-staple wool resists pilling and has a smooth handfeel.

We love just a tiny bit of glitz, and this fabulous little carry-along yarn can be knit or crocheted with ANY other yarn to add a tiny little bit of sparkle. Intended to be held with another yarn, this lyocell lace-weight yarn has a tiny little flower shaped sequin to add that slight bit of glamour to your simplest patterns. We think it would be fabulous for a shawl, but it would also make a gorgeous shell top to wear for an evening out! In a beautiful assortment of colors with matching tiny flower-shaped sequins, it will work with anything you want to hold with it.

This yarn is a showstopper! Made of a soft and comfortable cotton blend, this yarn combines lots of different textures to make a fun, distinctive yarn. Hand tied with knots that are meant to show, you can make something sophisticated or rustic! Due to the unusual nature of this yarn, we HIGHLY suggest knitting a gauge to get the look and feel from the fabric that you want, and to figure out which needle will make the project the size you want.

When we found this extraordinary yarn at market, we stopped in our tracks. Made of soft, American wool with just a touch of subtle shimmer, this hand-dyed wool/nylon blend adds a soft shimmer -- not a glittery metallic -- to a lovely, colorful base yarn. Ideal for shawls, it would also make a stunning sweater or cardigan.
